Steve joined M Benefit Solutions in 2012 with over 20 years of experience in qualified and nonqualified benefits. He manages the Client Administration department and plays a key role in client relationship management as well as services delivered to our bank, credit union and corporate clients. He has consulted on a variety of executive benefit plans and related informal funding programs, including nonqualified deferred compensation, supplemental executive retirement, split-dollar life insurance and supplemental disability insurance.

Prior to joining us, Steve was a Client Relationship Manager and Vice President of Communications for a leading nonqualified benefits consulting firm in Los Angeles. His clients have included Fortune 500 companies in the banking, life insurance, and financial services industries. He also managed the department that produced marketing communications as well as executive benefit plan enrollment materials for all of the firm’s clients. Steve started his career in the benefits industry working for nearly six years as an actuarial assistant with a qualified plan consulting company in Seattle. He has a B.A. from the University of Washington in English.
