Frank has been evaluating complex financial and legal issues for nonqualified executive plans since 1992. For the six prior years, he specialized in ERISA benefits at the Perkins Coie law firm in Seattle and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. His education and experience in actuarial science and law give him a unique perspective on the world of nonqualified benefits.

At M Benefit Solutions, Frank provides critical client support for technical tax, legal, and accounting issues. Frank’s outstanding project management and analytical skills make him a valuable member of the M Benefit Solutions team.

Frank earned a B.S.E. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Columbia University Law School. He is also a Registered Securities Principal for Variable Contracts, Investment Companies and General Securities with M Holdings Securities, Inc.
